Whole House Renovation

Once you move to San Diego, it is hard to move away!  Our clients had considered moving, but their kids were still in school and they had grown to love their neighborhood.  They spent some time researching homes that were in the same area and decided they would rather stay and invest in the home they had raised their family in rather than move.  This whole house renovation – front to back, top to bottom, inside and out, including two room additions now serves as their forever home.

What we built

1. Kitchen renovation

This new kitchen features top of the line Thermador appliances, a massive kitchen island, Starmark Cherry wood (Woodfield door style) raised ceilings, and a new skylight. Not to mention new flooring which transitions into the dining and living area.

2. Living Room Renovation

The flooring throughout the home was replaced so the home would flow, we replaced their windows including the sliding glass door and the biggest change in the living room was the refacing of the fireplace.  Additionally we updated the entry way into the home.

3. Bathroom and Laundry Room Additions & Other Added Features

We reconfigured the home to add another bathroom, expanded two bedrooms, and added a laundry area.  The outside of the home received a fresh coat of paint and a new roof as well as replacement windows to increase energy efficiency.  Both existing bathrooms were completely remodeled.  Classic Home Improvements gutted the entire home remodeled the entire space.  With the completion of this whole house renovation the family now has much more room to grow as the kids head into their teenage years!
